Independent Hostess/Host for the 2026 season
Are you a true host or hostess at heart, spontaneous and always up for a friendly chat? Our warm restaurant team is looking for an independent waitress who can pamper our guests with flair and enjoys setting the tone together with colleagues.
What are you going to do?
· Welcoming guests as if they were coming home and putting a smile on their faces at the table
· Taking orders, serving food and drinks with enthusiasm
· Ensuring that the restaurant always looks immaculate
· Handle payments independently—with a wink, of course
· Problems? You can solve them easily and with a friendly attitude.
What do we ask?
· Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, but enthusiasm counts for double.
· You are independent, take initiative and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
· Flexible deployment—whether during the day, in the evening, at weekends or on public holidays
· You speak and understand Dutch and English fluently.
· You communicate easily and have a neat appearance

Independent chef for the 2026 season
Will you be the one to set the tone in our kitchen?
About the position
Are you a passionate cook who enjoys working independently and loves creativity in the kitchen? Do you have an eye for detail, can you handle pressure well, and would you like to be part of an enthusiastic team? Then we are looking for you as our new independent cook!
What are you going to do?
· Preparing lunch and dinner dishes according to our recipes and with your own twist
· Contributing ideas for the menu and developing new dishes
· Ensuring perfect mise-en-place
· Monitoring the quality, freshness and presentation of the dishes
· Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)
· Managing and supervising kitchen assistants and trainees
Who are we looking for?
· You have completed chef training and have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
· You are creative, able to work under pressure and have a strong sense of responsibility.
· Working independently comes naturally to you, but you are also a true team player.
· Flexibility in working hours (day, evening, weekend and public holidays) is not a problem for you
